Located in the incorporated city of Aliso Viejo, in Orange County California the Windflower is a gated tract of 240 condominiums.

Completed in 1993 the tract borders Aliso Creek Road and sits directly across the street from the shops, restaurants, and theaters of the Aliso Viejo Town Center.

The Windflower employs three different condo models:

  1. The Aster;
  2. The Iris; and,
  3. The Jasmine.

The Aster is a two bedroom, two bath, carriage (second floor) unit with a single car garage and an assigned parking space. The Aster is approximately 976 square feet and has a spacious second floor balcony for large enough for summer Bar-B-Q’s and entertaining. A fireplace is located in the living room.

The Iris is a two bedroom, two bath, two story unit. It’s unique feature is a bedroom and full bath down and a bedroom, full bath and loft upstairs. The fireplace is located in the living room.

The Iris also has a two car garage with direct access off the kitchen and is approximately 1,139 square feet. These units have a private ground floor patio area just outside the front door.

The Jasmine, with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, is the largest of the Windflower units. One bedroom and bath is downstairs, and two bedrooms and two baths are upstairs. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom making it feel like there are three separate suites. The fireplace is located in the living room.

Like the Iris the Jasmine has a two car attached garage with convenient direct access through the kitchen and a private ground floor patio off the living room. The Jasmine is approximately 1,330 square feet.

HOA Pool and Spa

The Windflower complex has numerous greenbelts and a large pool and spa with an outdoor BBQ area for the owners, not to mention a playground for the kids. The Aliso Viejo school system is highly regarded.
