The Seacrest Villas tract of condominium homes lies within the city of Aliso Viejo and contains 82 homes. Seacrest Villas amenities include an HOA Pool and Spa.
The community is located on the north side of Aliso Creek Road off Eastwing. A few minutes to the west, down Laguna Canyon, is the Pacific Ocean and the famous city of Laguna Beach.
The 73 freeway is minutes away, and the 5 freeway is a short drive East on El Toro. While located in a rural setting, the Audubon communities are positioned within a short distance of the ocean and its resort towns; freeway arteries leading to major employment areas, and the shops, restaurants and amenities of Mission Viejo, Laguna Beach and Aliso Viejo.
Seacrest Villas has seven different models of homes:
The Surfbird Upper (Model A)is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath single level carriage unit (upstairs) with a 1 car garage. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and bathroom suite. A patio deck is located outside of the entry. This model is approximately 700 square feet.

The Egret Lower & Egret Upper (Model B) are 2 bedroom, 2 bath, single level homes with a 1 car garage. Identical floor plans are located on either the ground floor or on an upper floor. The Egret Lower unit has a patio outside of the living room and the Upper unit has a deck in a similar location. These models are approximately 901 square feet each.

The Osprey Lower & Osprey Upper (Model C) are 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath, single level homes with a 1 car garage. Identical floor plans are located on either the ground floor or on an upper floor. The Osprey Lower unit has a patio outside of the living room and the Upper unit has a deck in a similar location. These models are approximately 940 square feet each.

The Pelican Lower & Pelican Upper (Model D) are 3 bedroom, 3 bath, single level home with a 1 car garage. A fireplace is located in the living room. Identical floor plans are located on either the ground floor or on an upper floor. The master bedroom has a bathroom suite and a walk-in closet. These models are approximately 1,125 square feet each.
