The Cozumel tract of single family detached homes is located above Lyon Ridge off Pursuit, within the city of Aliso Viejo.  Cozumel contains 71 homes. The community is not gated and has no pool or spa. Built by Greystone, the typical Cozumel lot size is 45 x 72. Cozumel lies on the east side of Wood Canyon. A few miles to the west is the Pacific Ocean and the famous city of Laguna Beach. (Interactive Map)

Access to the 73 freeway is only a short drive away. While close to all of the amenities of the City of Aliso Viejo, the Cozumel tract is near the Aliso Woods Canyon Regional Park; the ocean with its resort towns; freeway arteries leading to major employment areas; and the shops, restaurants and amenities of Mission Viejo, Laguna Beach and Aliso Viejo.

The 73 freeway links up with the 405 freeway corridor and provides quick access to the financial centers of Fashion Island Newport Beach, the John Wayne airport area and South Coast Plaza. The 5 freeway links up with the Tustin employment centers and shopping centers.

The Cozumel tract has three different models of homes:

Plan 1 (Model A) is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath two level home with a 2 car garage. Direct garage access is located through a service entrance near the family room and the stairs leading to the second level. A fireplace has been placed in the family room. The dining area has been located next to the kitchen and the living room is in the front of the house by the entry. All of the bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom suite and a walk-in closet. The laundry room is conveniently located upstairs. This model is approximately 1,830 square feet.

Plan 2 (Model B) is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, two level home with a 2 car garage. Like the plan 1, direct garage access is located through a service entrance near the stairs leading to the second level. A fireplace has been placed in the family room where it can be seen from the breakfast nook adjacent to the kitchen. Unlike the plan 1, this model does not have a separate living room and instead uses combined living and dining areas in the front of the house by the entrance. The living and dining areas are open to the second floor. All of the bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom suite and a walk-in closet. This model is approximately 2,027 square feet.

Plan 3 (Model C) is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, two level home with a 2 car garage. Direct garage access is through a service entrance opening into the kitchen and nook area.. The fireplace is located in the family room. The living room is a separate room to the right as you enter. You must pass through the dining room to get to the family room and kitchen at the back of the house. All bedrooms are upstairs on the second floor. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and its own bathroom suite. This model is approximately 2,140 square feet.
